Our History - From Trusted Swiss Product to Beloved Serbian Brand
Kosili products bring back the scent of childhood and evoke the most beautiful emotions—our brand has been around for 65 years, and generations of babies and parents have grown up with it.
Although today it is recognized as a beloved local brand, Kosili’s story begins in Switzerland, back in 1961. It was then, in the search for the perfect gentle formulation that provides adequate care while using only carefully selected and trusted ingredients, that the first Kosili baby shampoo was created.
A few years later, the brand was registered by the Swiss company Grether AG and expanded its range of products made according to the original Swiss formulation.
Shortly after, in 1970, the import and sale of Kosili products began in the market of the former Yugoslavia. From this moment, the love for this brand began, which in the following years started production in the territory of the former Yugoslavia, based on a production license.
2019. Lomax company d.o.o. purchased the Kosili brand, which officially became a beloved local brand! Today, Kosili products are available at over 3,000 points of sale throughout Serbia—in all major retail chains, traditional trade outlets, the pharma channel, and drugstores.

Who Can Use Kosili Products?
Kosili products are intended for everyone with sensitive skin and a need for gentle formulations. They can be used by all age groups and are especially recommended for babies, mothers and pregnant women, as well as adults with sensitive skin.
Do Kosili Products Contain Preservatives?
Yes, they do. Preservatives protect products from microorganisms: potentially harmful bacteria, fungi, etc. Preservatives are essential in cosmetics. Without them, the shelf life of products could expire in a few days or weeks, or they would have to be kept in the refrigerator. The risk of skin reacting to cosmetic products without preservatives with irritation, redness, or inflammation also increases. The reason we use preservatives is that we want to be sure of their safety and shelf life.
Do Kosili Products Have an Expiration Date?
Yes. For our products, we include the label "best used before end: date printed on packaging." We also include a label indicating how long the product lasts after opening, marked with a jar symbol and the number of months the product lasts after opening. It is important to follow the indicated usage periods to ensure you are using a proper product.
Are Kosili Products Tested on Animals?
We do NOT test our cosmetic products on animals.
